Tucked away on Allentown rd,  rt next to micky D's ull find a local fav.  Jiffys sub shop has been there as long as I can remember.  There subs...  r a lil expensive...but there huge.  Steak n cheese.. a must have.!

Gotta love pork. Man this ish came out wonderful! Jim bean, and dr pepper.....let it marinate two days add sum salt,& call it a night! I can't wait to try it again.

Ok mz Patricia knows her ish! I'm telling you she has this cake game on lock. This was one of the best cakes I've ever had! Lemmon-ie goodness, with heavenly iceing. N best of all Ms. Destiny loved he cake!  If you need a cake hit me up to get the number!

Ok so patricia is a wiz at this whole cake game. A very special person in my life is almost up for there yearly aniversery, so I thought of no one else but ms pat.tee.cakes herself. This will be my first tasting of one of her cakes. But with the slogan "they taste as good as they look" somehow I don't see myself being disappointed. Ill let you know more later.

Rum!

To know me,  is to love me.....  to know me is also to know I don't usually enjoy sweets.  As with everything there is always an exception to every rule.  This rum cake is on point!  Moist, warm,  sweet,  n just enough rum to not be overbearing.  Tommy....  who picks up n delivers cars for toyota of waldorf dropped one by. Not only did he bring it n....  he created this masterpiece. I would love to be able to share with you a way you can have the same wonder experience I just had.....  but I can not.  I will say ima c if I can get one of these things 4easter!

Ok....  so yea,  its been a while and I needed something to blog about.  So I figured... why not blog about me. This is me on my way home from class a few months ago.  Ain't I cute!

U hit the green line, n don't step foot off till u get 2 petworth. Proceed up the escalator.. n look both ways as u cross the street. Sitting n front of u ull c "Mango cafe"...

The place is small, the menu is limited, not too fancy n side..... ok, all that being said. The food is excellent, the staff is warm, n the vibe is uplifting!

Order anything u want I suggest the ox tail dinner! Or the curry chicken... or, yea I suggest u go try them out.

Good food made simple... sometimes the basics r the best....

Omg! This place... is tha place! I think there's 16 diff meats. And its all u can eat. The food is excellent. N did I say its all u can eat? Hates the deal if u just want the salad its 30 bucks. The salad bar is nothing 2laugh @. From aged parmesan, to the most tender asparagus ill find. Now if ur a meat eater, ur n 4a treat.

1st off u get a card...1 side is red, n 1side is green. Ok green means go right? So when its on that side there's a bevy of waiters going around c-ing if u want sum of this, or sum of that. Ahhhh tha lamb, ahhh the filet  n Bacon! Who don't luv BACON! Well heresy 1 n dc... n 1 n bmore!

I deff suggest it..... but on an empty stomach!

Ok, so... I know this 1 is a little farther out than usual. But it can't go without mention. wilbers bar b q.... mmmm! Goldsboro NC... if ur ever n, or near the area u might ANna stop n. Grab sum "Q", a few hush puppies, n a side of slaw. Yall know im n2 all types of fancy foods, but there's nothing like simple food, made well. This place has low country comfort food, and they know what there doing. Rt off rt 70. N when ur done, grab a bag of skins 2eat on the ride home.

U know I may b a lil late.... but happy NEW YEARS! I deff know I had a great1. Bond45! Omg....top..... 10 of all times. Less just say..... we had a rather... "hood" patron seated next to us. While looking 4her server, she abruptly stopped the 1st waiter who by no means was her server n preceded 2ask him... " r u my waiter?"..... he's response sums up this place up to a T!...... "ma'am..we are all your servers"... simple but true.

I had the ribeye, med w/ gorgonzola, and my beautiful date had the filet. Both were cooked 2perfection! 28day dry aged, and worth the wait! We fad the roasted potatoes, n the asparagus w/ holindais sauce. The potatoes hat a nice ... crust to thin, but were tender, inside n seasoned quit well. The asparagus.... his how I like it! Classic.. just steamed tried, n part, and as tender as u could imagine. Topped with a classic holindais sauce, u can't go wrong.

4dessert we shared a.... among citrus.... typa icecream. It had 2types of syrup drizzle on top. I was a fan of both, while my companion 4the evening wasn't as thrilled. Though We both agreed the actual dessert was wonderful.

Long story short I had a tremendous time both due to the wonderful service and great food... but also just watching a beautiful women smile all night.
